Geo-Circle, the start-up in Neratovice

From the 18th till 22th of September 2018 a teachers meeting was organized in Neratovice. The goal was to prepare for the upcoming programme, with the focus on circular economy. The term circular economy means to effectively using natural sources and lowering production of emissions.

Participating teachers visited the municipality office where the mayormgr. Lenka Mrzílková welcomed the guests. Ing. Libor Luňáček introduced his firm FCC that focuses on waste in the neigbhourhoods. Short discussions among the participants followed later on.

The rest of the week continued at the local gymnasium, where all the teachers discussed the details of the programme. Like the exchange, concrete ideas and aims of this new project. To help them clear the questions that came up, a handbook was prepared for each school.

There is a three-year period for this programme and the final presentaion will take part in the Netherlands in 2020.
